Dispute Down Payment

The payment plan is $200 down, and I only mail out Experian. In two weeks you have the option to pay the remaining balance and I mail out the other two credit bureaus. Or you have the option to split the rest of the balance into two payment and pay biweekly. So once I receive the second payment I mail out Equifax and once I receive the final payment transunion goes out.
